Nothing locked or borrowed yet in this market.
Lock some META vault shares to start. They keep earning while locked.
Worked example: locking shares worth 1,000 USDG lets you borrow up to 400 USDG. Your loan could be liquidated only if those shares fell to about 727 USDG while you still owed the full amount.
Checked again the moment you confirm.
Every transaction is simulated against the live market before your wallet opens. If anything changed, you see it here first.
If your locked shares lose enough value that your loan reaches 55% of it, anyone may repay your loan by selling some of your shares, keeping a bonus. You keep the rest. Repaying part of the loan or locking more shares moves you away from that point. An oracle outage or thin onchain liquidity can delay execution.
Vault fees earned by your shares raise their value, but they never repay the loan on their own. Interest continues during a delay and losses beyond available reserves can reduce depositor value.
